Chimichurri Braised Beef with Wraps

Ingredients

Beef

  • 1 chimichurri braised beef

To Serve

  • 1 pack tortillas
  • ½ lettuce
  • ½ pottle sour cream
  • Pinch of chilli flakes (optional)

Steps

  1. Cook beef Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from chimichurri braised beef and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven on tray. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200°C for about 25 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Cook wraps and prepare lettuce Wrap tortillas in foil. When beef has 15 minutes cook time remaining, place tortillas in oven to heat. Thinly shred lettuce and toss in a bowl with a drizzle of oil and vinegar.
  3. To serve Fill wraps with chimichurri braised beef, lettuce, a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chilli flakes. Serve remaining beef on the side.
