- 1½ cups Japanese brown rice
- 2¼ cups water
Katsu
- 1 Tbsp katsu sauce
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 pack chicken breasts
- ½ cup GF flour
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Slaw
- 1 baby bok choy
- 1 carrot
- ½ telegraph cucumber
- 2 Tbsp mayo
- 1 Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
To Serve
- Remaining katsu sauce
