Ingredients
Slaw
- 2 packs vermicelli noodles
- 2 baby bok choy, thinly sliced
- 1 pack slaw
- 1 pack slaw dressing
Fish
- 1 pack market fish
- 1 pack shiso furikake
To Serve
- Miso drizzle

Before you start, bring a full kettle to the boil (for vermicelli).

Cook vermicelli Place vermicelli into a heat-proof bowl. Cover with boiling water, stir and cover. Leave for 4 minutes, until noodles are tender. Drain, rinse with cold water and leave to drain well. Snip in a few places with kitchen scissors.

Meanwhile, prep bok choy Toss bok choy and slaw with vermicelli and slaw dressing. Season.

Prep & cook fish Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry-pan on medium-high heat. Pat fish dry and remove any scales or bones. Cut larger fillets in half, sprinkle with furikake and season. Cook fish for 1-2 minutes each side, until just cooked.

Serve vermicelli slaw topped with fish. Spoon over miso drizzle.
