Beef and Mozzarella Pie
- 1 beef and mozzarella pie
Salad
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bag rocket
- 1 bunch basil leaves
Steps

Cook pie Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic sleeve from pie. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, until heated through. Remove from oven, on tray.

Prep salad Dice tomatoes 1cm and add to bowl, along with rocket and a drizzle of vinegar and oil. Season and top with torn basil leaves.

Serve pie with salad on the side.
