Chicken Marbella with Couscous and Greens

Ingredients
Chicken Marbella
- 1 chicken marbella
Couscous and Greens
- 1 broccoli
- 1¼ cups water
- 1 pack couscous
- 250g frozen peas

Cook chicken marbella Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from chicken marbella and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven on tray. Alternatively, spoon meal into an oven dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.

Prep vegetables Cut broccoli into small florets, place on a second lined oven tray with a drizzle of oil and season. When chicken has 20 minutes cook time remaining, cook broccoli (on rack below chicken) for 20 minutes, until tender.

Cook couscous and peas Bring water to the boil in a medium pot on high heat. Once boiling turn off heat, add couscous, peas and a pinch of salt, stir, cover and leave for 5 minutes, then fluff up grains with a fork.

Serve couscous topped with chicken Marbella and broccoli on the side.
