Lamb Shepherds Pie with Spiced Cauliflower

Ingredients

Pie

  • 1 lamb Shepherd’s pie

Cauliflower

  • ½ cauliflower
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ Tbsp cauliflower spice mix
  • 25g sliced almonds

Steps

  1. Cook pie Preheat oven to 220ºC. Remove plastic sleeve from pie and place on an oven tray. Bake for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Cook cauliflower Cut cauliflower into small florets. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large fry pan on medium-high heat. Cook cauliflower for 3 minutes. Add a knob of butter, garlic, cauliflower spice mix and nuts to pan and cook a further 1-2 minutes until tender and golden
  3. Serve pie with spiced cauliflower on the side.
