Lamb Shepherd’s Pie with Spiced Broccoli

Ingredients

Lamb Shepherd’s Pie

  • 1 lamb shepherd’s pie

Broccoli

  • 1 broccoli
  • ½ Tbsp broccoli spice mix
  • 25g sliced almonds

Steps

  1. Cook pie Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from lamb shepherd’s pie. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Cook broccoli Cut broccoli into small florets. Heat a drizzle of oil in a medium fry-pan on medium-high heat. Cook broccoli for 2 minutes. Add a knob of butter, broccoli spice mix and almonds to pan and cook a further 1-2 minutes until tender and golden.
  3. Serve pie with spiced broccoli on the side.
