Braised Beef and Root Veggies with Potato Mash

Ingredients

Braised Beef

  • 1 braised beef and root veggies

Potato Mash

  • 400g potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 30g horseradish

Steps

  1. Cook beef Preheat oven to 180oC. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Remove plastic seal from braised beef and cover with foil. Place on a tray and cook for about 30 minutes, until heated through. Stir to ensure even cooking. Alternatively, spoon meal into an oven dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Cook potato mash Peel and dice potatoes 2cm. Cook in pot of boiling water for about 15 minutes, until tender. Drain well and return to pot. Add butter and milk to pot and mash until smooth. Fold through horseradish and season.
  3. Serve mash topped with braised beef and root veggies.
