Harissa Lamb Meatballs with Potato and Courgette Mash

Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 harissa lamb meatballs
Mash
- 600g potatoes
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 courgette

Cook meatballs Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from meatballs. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through.Remove from oven, on tray. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.

Cook potato mash Peel and dice potatoes 2cm, add to a large pot and cover with hot tap water. Cook for 20-25 minutes on high heat with the lid on, until very soft. Drain and mash with a knob of butter and milk until smooth. Grate courgette and fold through mash. Season.

Serve mash topped with harissa lamb meatballs.
