Beef Moussaka with Salad

Ingredients

Moussaka

  • 1 beef moussaka

Salad

  • ¼ red onion
  • ½ capsicum
  • ½ bag baby spinach
  • 1 pack balsamic salad dressing

Steps

  1. Cook moussaka Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from moussaka and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30-40 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven, on tray
  2. Prep Salad Thinly slice onion and capsicum. Toss together in a large bowl with spinach and salad dressing. Season to taste.
  3. Serve Beef moussaka with salad on the side.
