Ingredients
Moussaka
- 1 beef moussaka
Salad
- ¼ red onion
- ½ capsicum
- ½ bag baby spinach
- 1 pack balsamic salad dressing

Cook moussaka Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from moussaka and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30-40 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven, on tray

Prep Salad Thinly slice onion and capsicum. Toss together in a large bowl with spinach and salad dressing. Season to taste.

Serve Beef moussaka with salad on the side.
