Ingredients
Stuffing Balls
- 1 brown onion, finely diced
- 100g butter, melted
- 1 pack cranberry & sage stuffing ball mix
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
Steps

Preheat oven to 220°C (or 200°C fan bake).

Finely dice onion and melt butter. In a medium bowl, mix together onion, melted butter, stuffing mix, egg, milk and salt measure. Set aside for 5 minutes before shaping into golf ball-sized balls.

Place stuffing balls on lined tray and bake for 25-35 minutes, until golden.

Arrange stuffing balls on a platter for serving.
