Cranberry & Sage Stuffing Balls

The most moreish treat to have alongside your roast dinner, the only problem you'll have is fighting over who gets the last one!


Ingredients

Stuffing Balls

  • 1 brown onion, finely diced
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 1 pack cranberry & sage stuffing ball mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (or 200°C fan bake).
  2. Finely dice onion and melt butter. In a medium bowl, mix together onion, melted butter, stuffing mix, egg, milk and salt measure. Set aside for 5 minutes before shaping into golf ball-sized balls.
  3. Place stuffing balls on lined tray and bake for 25-35 minutes, until golden.
  4. Arrange stuffing balls on a platter for serving.
