  1. If frozen, defrost completely before heating. Remove any packets inside the container before heating. For best results, cook in the oven.
  2. Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C on bake. DO NOT GRILL. Remove film seal completely. Place container on an oven tray and cook for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through and piping hot. Remove from oven on tray.
  3. Microwave: Remove film seal completely. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes, until piping hot. Rest, covered for 5 minutes before eating.
