Banana Splits with Caramel Sauce and Popcorn

Ingredients
Banana Splits
- 4 bananas
- Butter or oil
- 1 pottle caramel sauce
To Serve
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 pack Serious Sweet Salty Popcorn

Preheat BBQ hot plate to medium. Cut bananas in half lengthways, leaving the skin on. Rub a little butter or drizzle a little oil over hot plate.

Cook bananas on BBQ hot plate, cut-sidedown, for about 2 minutes. Using a spatula, turn over and cook, skin-side-down, for 2-3 minutes, until golden. Divide bananas between plates and pour over caramel sauce straight away to warm slightly.

To serve, top banana splits with ice cream and popcorn.
