Creamy, fragrant and fresh - this laksa is made with tender free-range chicken and packed with nutrient-dense veggies. Stir through some fresh baby bok choy, serve with our fresh egg noodles and no one needs to know it's a ready-made meal!
Ingredients
To Serve
- 1 pack crispy shallots
Noodles
- 200g fresh egg noodles
Singapore Chicken Laksa
- 1 baby bok choy, thinly sliced
- 1 pack Ready Made Singapore Chicken Laksa
Steps
-
Bring a large pot of hot salted tap water to the boil.
-
Thinly slice bok choy.
-
Remove film seal completely. Cook in microwave on HIGH for 6-8 minutes, until piping hot. Stir halfway through cook time. Once hot, stir through bok choy to wilt. Alternatively, to cook on stovetop, see tip. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if needed.
-
Use hands to separate noodles. Place noodles in pot of boiling water, stir to separate strands and cook for 5 minutes, until just tender. Drain, refresh under cold water and leave to drain again.
-
Place noodles into bowls. Top with Singapore chicken laksa and a sprinkle of crispy shallots.
