We've taken all the hard work out dinner with these mouthwatering, juicy wagyu beef burgers! Paired with pickle mustard and fresh salad these delightful burgers will be on your table in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
Burgers
- 50g baby spinach
- 2 Tbsp pickle mustard
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 sesame seed burger buns, cut in half
Patties
- 1 drizzle of oil
- 50g cheese, grated
- 200g wagyu beef burger patties
Steps

Heat oil in a medium fry-pan on high heat. Cook patties for about 2 minutes each side, until almost cooked through. While cooking grate cheese.

When burgers have cooked, remove pan from heat, top patties with cheese and cover with a lid for about 2 minutes to melt cheese.

Cut buns in half and heat in microwave for about 30 seconds, until warmed through.

Thinly slice tomato and cucumber.

Buns filled with patties, pickle mustard, spinach, tomato and cucumber. Serve remaining salad on the side.
