- 50g sesame mayo
Chicken
- 100g honey soy ginger sauce
- 2 tsp oil
- 550g free range chicken breasts, diced 1cm
- 1 pack Asian garlic 5 spice
Cucumber Salad
- 150g mung bean sprouts
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp chopped cashew nuts
- 1 bunch mint, leaves picked
- 1 telegraph cucumber, cut in half lengthways & thinly sliced
- 1 lettuce, shredded
Wraps
- 1 pack wheatmeal tortillas

Dice chicken 1cm. Heat oil in a large fry-pan on medium-high heat. Add chicken, Asian garlic five spice and a pinch of salt and cook for about 8 minutes, until cooked through. Remove from heat and stir through honey soy ginger sauce.

Shred lettuce and cut cucumber in half lengthways and thinly slice. Pick mint leaves and toss all together in a large bowl with mung beans, vinegar and cashews.

Place wraps in a damp tea towel and microwave for 1-2 minutes, until warmed through.

Wraps filled with sesame mayo, chicken and salad. Serve leftover salad on the side.
