This 15-minute Mongolian beef is very tasty and super easy to make. You will have a delicious restaurant quality meal bursting with rich flavours thanks to our specially crafted Mongolian sauce.
Ingredients
Stir-Fry
- 1 drizzle of oil
- 150g Mongolian sauce
- 1 drizzle of oil
- 600g beef stir-fry
- 1 pack mushroom stir-fry mix
Rice
- 2 pack pre-cooked brown & wild rice
To Serve
- 1 pack sesame seeds
- 2 spring onion, thinly sliced
Steps

Heat oil in a large fry-pan on high heat. Stir-fry veggies for about 6 minutes, until tender. Remove from pan and reserve pan.

Pat beef dry and season with salt. When veggies have cooked, add oil to reserved pan and cook beef for 3-4 minutes, until cooked through.

Squeeze rice in packs to separate grains. Tear top and microwave in packs for 3 minutes.

Add veggies back to pan, along with Mongolian sauce. Cook a further 1 minute, until sauce is hot and reduced slightly

Prep spring onion.

Rice topped with stir-fry, spring onion and sesame seeds.
