Sous vide BBQ pork ribs served with spiced potato wedges, slaw and smoky BBQ mayo.
Ingredients
Wedges
- 800g potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 pack potato spices
- 1 drizzle of oil
Ribs
- 2 pack sous vide pork ribs
- 1 pack BBQ sauce
Slaw
- 1 pack slaw
- 100g baby spinach
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
To Serve
- 1 pack smoky BBQ mayo
Wedges

- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 pack slaw
- 100g baby spinach
To Serve
- 2 Tbsp smoky BBQ mayo

Preheat oven to 220°C (or 200°C fan bake). Preheat BBQ grill to medium, if using.

Prep potatoes and toss on a lined oven tray with potato spices and oil. Season with salt and pepper and roast on upper oven rack for about 30 minutes, until tender and golden.

Place ribs on a lined oven tray and brush with BBQ sauce. Cook on lower oven rack for about 20 minutes or until cooked through. Alternatively, grill ribs on BBQ for 5 minutes each side, then baste with a dollop of BBQ sauce and continue cooking for a further 10 minutes, turning every 2 minutes, until meat is glazed and tender. Baste each side twice.
