Baked Gnocchi with Lamb Ragù

Ingredients

Gnocchi

  • 1 baked gnocchi

Broccoli

  • 1 broccoli, cut into small florets

To Serve

  • 1 pack garlic cream

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook gnocchi. Remove plastic cover from gnocchi. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.
  3. Prep & cook broccoli. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Add broccoli and cook for about 2 minutes, until bright green and tender. Drain.
  4. Serve gnocchi with broccoli and a drizzle of garlic cream.
