Beef Cottage Pie

Ingredients

Pie

  • 1 beef cottage pie

Salad

  • 1/2 telegraph cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 1/2 pack baby spinach
  • 1 pack balsamic dressing

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook pie. Remove plastic cover from pie and place on an oven tray. Cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.
  3. Prep salad. In a bowl, toss cucumber and spinach with balsamic dressing. Season to taste.
  4. Serve pie with salad on the side.
