Asian Chicken Wraps with Hoisin & Sesame Slaw

Ingredients
Chicken
- 1 pack chicken breasts, sliced 1-2cm strips
- 1 pack Asian spice blend
Wraps
- 1 pack tortilla wraps
Slaw
- 1 pack slaw
- 1/2 pack baby spinach
- 1 1/2 Tbsp mayonnaise
To Serve
- 1/2 telegraph cucumber, cut into batons
- 1/2 pack hoisin sauce

Preheat oven to 200°C (if using). Alternatively, preheat BBQ hotplate to medium-high heat (if using). Prep chicken. Pat chicken dry and slice into 1-2cm thick strips. Place in a bowl and toss with Asian spice blend and a drizzle of oil. Season.

Warm wraps. Wrap tortillas in foil and place in oven for about 15 minutes, until warmed through. Alternatively, heat in microwave or on BBQ, until warm.

Prep slaw & cucumber. In a bowl, toss slaw, spinach and mayonnaise with a drizzle of sesame oil. Season to taste. Set cucumber aside to serve.

Cook chicken. Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry-pan on high heat. Cook chicken for about 8 minutes, turning often, until cooked through. Alternatively, do this on BBQ hotplate.

Serve wraps with slaw, chicken, cucumber and hoisin sauce. Serve any remaining slaw on the side.
