Ingredients
Vermicelli Slaw
- 2 packs vermicelli noodles
- 2 baby bok choy, thinly sliced
- 1 pack slaw
- 1 pack slaw dressing
Fish
- 1 pack market fish
- 1 pack chilli furikake with sesame
To Serve
- 1 pack miso drizzle
Steps
-
Before you start, bring a kettle to the boil. Cook vermicelli. Place vermicelli in a heat-proof bowl. Cover with boiling water, stir and cover. Leave for 5 minutes, until noodles are tender. Drain, rinse with cold water and leave to drain well. Snip in a few places with kitchen scissors.
-
Prep bok choy & slaw. Toss bok choy and slaw with vermicelli and slaw dressing. Season.
-
Prep & cook fish. Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry pan on medium-high heat. Pat fish dry and remove any scales or bones. Cut larger fillets in half, sprinkle with chilli furikake and season. Cook fish for 1-2 minutes each side, until just cooked.
-
Serve vermicelli slaw topped with fish and spoon over miso drizzle.
