Ingredients

Vermicelli Slaw

  • 2 packs vermicelli noodles
  • 2 baby bok choy, thinly sliced
  • 1 pack slaw
  • 1 pack slaw dressing

Fish

  • 1 pack market fish
  • 1 pack chilli furikake with sesame

To Serve

  • 1 pack miso drizzle

Steps

  1. Before you start, bring a kettle to the boil. Cook vermicelli. Place vermicelli in a heat-proof bowl. Cover with boiling water, stir and cover. Leave for 5 minutes, until noodles are tender. Drain, rinse with cold water and leave to drain well. Snip in a few places with kitchen scissors.
  2. Prep bok choy & slaw. Toss bok choy and slaw with vermicelli and slaw dressing. Season.
  3. Prep & cook fish. Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry pan on medium-high heat. Pat fish dry and remove any scales or bones. Cut larger fillets in half, sprinkle with chilli furikake and season. Cook fish for 1-2 minutes each side, until just cooked.
  4. Serve vermicelli slaw topped with fish and spoon over miso drizzle.
