Ingredients
Lasagne
- 1 pack beef lasagne
Broccoli
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 broccoli, cut into small florets
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Cook lasagne. Remove plastic cover from lasagne. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.

Prep & cook broccoli. Heat butter and a drizzle of oil in a fry-pan on medium-high heat. Cook broccoli and garlic for about 3 minutes, until bright green and tender. Season.

Serve lasagne with broccoli on the side.
