Ingredients
Beef
- 1 pack beef mince
- 1 pack Lebanese spices
To Serve
- 2 packs brown & wild rice
- 1 telegraph cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 pack pomegranate dressing
- 4 Tbsp hummus
- 4 Tbsp yoghurt
- Pomegranate arils
- 1 mint & parsley pack, leaves picked
- 1 pack almonds
Steps

Cook beef. Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry-pan on high heat. Cook beef for about 6 minutes, stirring, until browned. Add Lebanese spices and cook, stirring for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Heat rice. Squeeze rice in packs to separate grains, tear open tops and heat rice in microwave for 2-3 minutes, until hot.

Prep cucumber & tomatoes.

Serve rice topped with beef, cucumber, tomatoes, pomegranate dressing, hummus, yoghurt, pomegranate arils, herbs and almonds.
