Ingredients
Beef
- 1 pack beef mince
- 1 pack Lebanese spices
To Serve
- 1 pack rice
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 pack pomegranate dressing
- 2 Tbsp hummus
- 2 Tbsp yoghurt
- 1 pack pomegranate arils
- 1 pack mint & parsley, leaves picked
- 2 Tbsp almonds
Steps

Cook beef. Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry-pan on high heat. Cook beef for about 6 minutes, stirring, until browned. Add Lebanese spices and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Heat rice. Squeeze rice in pack to separate grains, tear open top and heat rice in microwave for 1-2 minutes, until hot.

Prep cucumber & tomato.

Serve rice topped with beef, cucumber, tomato, pomegranate dressing, hummus, yoghurt, pomegranate arils, herbs and almonds.
