Beef Ragu with Veggie Mash & Parmesan

Ingredients

Ragù

  • 1 beef ragù
  • 1 pack grated Parmesan

Mash

  • 600g potatoes, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook ragù. Remove plastic cover from beef and cover with tin foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.
  3. Prep & cook mash. Place potatoes and carrots in a pot and cover with warm tap water and a pinch of salt. Cook, with the lid on, for about 25 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to pot with milk and butter and mash, until smooth. Season to taste.
  4. Serve mash topped with beef ragù and Parmesan cheese.
