Beef Lasagne

Ingredients

Beef

  • 1 beef lasagne

Broccoli

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook lasagne. Remove plastic cover from beef. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.
  3. Cook broccoli. Heat a butter and a drizzle of oil in a fry-pan on medium-high heat. Cook broccoli and garlic for about 3 minutes, until bright green and tender. Season.
  4. Serve lasagne with garlic broccoli on the side.
