Beef Stroganoff with Fettuccine Pasta

Ingredients

Beef

  • 1 pack beef Stroganoff

Pasta

  • 1/3 pack fettuccine pasta
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream

Steps

  1. Before you start. Preheat oven to 180°C and bring a pot of salted water to the boil.
  2. Cook beef. Remove seal film from meal and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30-40 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven, on tray. Alternatively, spoon meal into an oven dish, cover with foil and cook at 200ºC for about 25-35 minutes, until heated through.
  3. Cook pasta. Cook pasta in boiling water for about 12 minutes, until tender. Drain and return to pot with spinach and a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Serve pasta topped with beef Stroganoff and sour cream.
