- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Satay Sauce
- 1 pack satay sauce
- 2 Tbsp water
To Serve
- 2 Tbsp chopped peanuts
- 1 bunch coriander, roughly chopped
Steps
-
Marinate beef. Pat beef dry and toss in a bowl with beef marinade.

Cook rice. Heat a drizzle of sesame oil in a pot on medium-high heat. Add garlic and sesame seeds and cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Add rice, a pinch of salt and water measure to pot and bring to the boil. Once boiling, cover with a lid and reduce to lowest heat to cook for 12 minutes. Turn off heat and steam, still covered, for 8 more minutes. Do not lift lid during cooking.
-
Prep greens.
-
Cook beef. Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry pan on high heat. Stir-fry beef, for 2-3 minutes, until cooked medium. Set beef aside covered to rest, wipe pan clean.
-
Cook greens & satay sauce. Return pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Cook broccoli for 2 minutes, then add bok choy and cook for a further minute. Stir cooked beef through satay and season to taste with soy sauce.
