Ingredients
Gnocchi
- 1 baked gnocchi
Salad
- 1 lettuce, roughly chopped
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced 1cm
- 1 pack balsamic dressing
Steps

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Cook gnocchi. Remove plastic cover from gnocchi. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.

Prep salad. In a bowl, combine salad ingredients and season to taste.

Serve gnocchi with salad on the side.
