Baked Gnocchi with Lamb Ragù

Ingredients

Gnocchi

  • 1 baked gnocchi

Salad

  • 1 lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced 1cm
  • 1 pack balsamic dressing

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook gnocchi. Remove plastic cover from gnocchi. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.
  3. Prep salad. In a bowl, combine salad ingredients and season to taste.
  4. Serve gnocchi with salad on the side.
