Butter Chicken Pie with Almond Broccoli

Ingredients

Pie

  • 1 butter chicken pie

Broccoli

  • 1 broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 pack sliced almonds

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook pie. Remove plastic cover from pie, place on an oven tray and cook for 30- 40 minutes, or until heated through.
  3. Prep & cook broccoli. Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry pan on medium-high heat. Cook broccoli for 2 minutes. Add garlic and almonds to pan and cook for about 1 minute, until broccoli is tender and almonds are golden. Season.
  4. Serve pie with broccoli on the side.
