Chicken Potato Gratin with Buttered Peas

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 chicken potato gratin

Peas

  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 250g frozen peas
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and bring a pot of salted water to the boil.
  2. Cook chicken. Remove plastic cover from gratin. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through and golden.
  3. Prep spring onion & cook peas. Add peas to boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes, until bright green and tender. Drain and return to pot with butter and spring onion. Season to taste.
  4. Serve chicken gratin topped with buttered peas.
