Beef Cottage Pie

Ingredients

Pie

  • 1 beef cottage pie

Salad

  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 1/2 pack baby spinach

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook pie. Remove plastic cover from pie and place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.
  3. Make salad. Toss cucumber and spinach in a bowl with a drizzle of oil and vinegar. Season to taste.
  4. Serve cottage pie with salad on the side.
