Ingredients
Beef
- 1 pack beef sirloin steaks
- 1 pack lemon fennel salt
Salad & Focaccia
- 1/2 broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 pack green beans
- 1/2 pack mesclun leaves
- 2 Tbsp dill mustard vinaigrette
- 1 focaccia
To Serve
- 2 Tbsp herb Hollandaise

Preheat oven to high grill (if using to heat focaccia).

Prep & cook beef. Heat a drizzle of oil in a fry-pan on medium-high heat. Pat beef dry and toss with lemon fennel salt and a drizzle of oil. Cook beef for about 3 minutes each side for medium, depending on thickness, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from pan to rest, covered. Reserve pan.

Prep broccoli & cook with beans. Add a drizzle of oil to reserved pan on medium-high heat. Stir-fry green beans and broccoli for about 3 minutes, until bright green and tender. Add a splash of water in the last 30 seconds to help steam. Remove from heat. Just before serving, toss with mesclun and dill mustard vinaigrette. Season to taste.

Warm focaccia. Warm in microwave for 20 seconds (alternatively, toast under grill for 2-3 minutes), until hot through. Tear or cut into 2 pieces.

Serve salad with beef, Hollandaise and focaccia on the side.
