Lamb Ragù Pasta Bake with Spinach Salad

Ingredients

Lamb ragù

  • 1 lamb ragù

Salad

  • 1/2 pack baby spinach
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Steps

  1. Cook lamb ragù Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove seal film from meal and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30-40 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven, on tray.
  2. Prep and make salad Combine spinach and tomato in a bowl with vinegar and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Serve baked lamb ragù with salad on the side.
