Asian Braised Beef with Rice and Garlic Chilli

Ingredients

Asian Beef

  • 1 Asian beef
  • 1 pack garlic chilli blend

Rice

  • 200g jasmine rice
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water

Steps

  1. Cook beef Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove seal film from meal and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30-40 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven, on tray. Alternatively, spoon meal into an oven dish, cover with foil and cook at 200ºC for about 25-35 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Cook rice Bring a full kettle to the boil. Add rice, boiling water measure and a pinch of salt to a medium pot and bring to the boil with a lid on. Reduce to lowest heat to cook for 12 minutes. Turn off heat and steam, covered, for 5 more minutes. Do not lift lid during cooking.
  3. Serve rice topped with Asian beef and a pinch of garlic chilli blend.
