French Beef Stew with Potato Mash

Ingredients
Beef Stew
- 1 French beef stew
Mash
- 800g roasting potatoes
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk

Cook beef Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from beef and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven on tray. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.

Cook mash Peel and dice potatoes and cook in a pot of salted water, with the lid on, for about 25 minutes or until soft. Drain and return to pot with butter and milk and mash until smooth. Season to taste.

Serve French beef stew with mash.
