Beef Stroganoff with Pappardelle Pasta

Ingredients

Beef Stroganoff

  • 1 beef stroganoff

Pasta

  • 1/3 pack pappardelle pasta
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream

Steps

  1. Cook beef Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from stroganoff and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven on tray. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Cook pasta Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Once boiling, cook pasta for 8–10 minutes, until just tender. Drain and return to pot with a drizzle of olive oil to avoid sticking.
  3. Serve pasta topped with beef stroganoff and a dollop of sour cream.
