Baked Gnocchi with Lamb Ragù

Gnocchi

  • 1 baked gnocchi lamb ragù

Green Beans

  • 1 pack green beans

Steps

  1. Cook gnocchi Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from gnocchi. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.
  2. Cook beans Bring a kettle to the boil. Place green beans and a pinch of salt in a heat-proof bowl and cover with boiling water. Cover with a plate and leave for 5-6 minutes, until bright green and tender. Drain and toss with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Serve gnocchi lamb ragù with green beans on the side.
