Slow-Cooked Lamb Stew with Potato Mash

Ingredients

Lamb

  • 1 slow-cooked lamb stew

Mash

  • 800g potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Steps

  1. Cook lamb stew Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from lamb stew, place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through. Stir halfway to ensure even cooking. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking/casserole dish and cook at 200°C for about 25 minutes, until heated through.
  2. Make mash Peel and dice potatoes. Cook in a pot of salted water, with the lid on, for about 25 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk. Season to taste.
  3. Serve mash topped with lamb stew.
