Lamb
- 1 slow-cooked lamb stew
Mash
- 400g potatoes
- 1/4 cup milk

Cook lamb stew Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from lamb stew, place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through. Stir halfway to ensure even cooking. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking/casserole dish and cook at 200°C for about 25 minutes, until heated through.

Make mash Peel and dice potatoes. Cook in a pot of salted water, with the lid on, for about 25 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash with a knob of butter and milk. Season to taste.

Serve mash topped with lamb stew.
