Ingredients

Lasagne

  • 1 beef lasagne

Salad

  • 1/2 telegraph cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 lettuce

Steps

  1. Cook lasagne Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from lasagne. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through.
  2. Make salad Dice cucumber and tomato and roughly chop lettuce. Toss in a bowl with a drizzle of vinegar and olive oil and season to taste.
  3. Serve lasagne with salad on the side.
