Ingredients
Chicken
- 1 chicken and chorizo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Mash
- 400g potatoes
- 1/4 cup milk

Cook chicken Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from chicken and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through. Stir halfway to ensure even cooking. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.

Cook mash Peel and dice potatoes and cook in a pot of salted water, with the lid on, for about 25 minutes until tender. Drain and return to pot with milk and a knob of butter and mash until smooth. Season to taste.

Serve mash topped with chicken and chorizo and sour cream.
