Ingredients
Lamb Ragù
- 1 pack lamb ragù
Tomato Salad
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 pack baby spinach

Cook ragù Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from ragù and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Stir halfway to ensure even cooking. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.

Make salad Dice tomatoes and toss with spinach and a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar in a bowl. Season.

Serve lamb ragù with salad on the side.
