Braised Beef
- 1 Mexican braised beef
To Serve
- 1 pack tortillas
- 1 lettuce
- 125g sour cream
- 1 pack spicy pepitas

Cook beef Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from Mexican braised beef and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Remove from oven on tray. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.

Cook wraps and prep lettuce Wrap tortillas in foil. When beef has 15 minutes cook time remaining, heat tortillas in oven. Thinly shred lettuce and toss in a bowl with a drizzle of oil and vinegar.

Serve tortillas filled with Mexican braised beef, lettuce, sour cream and a sprinkle of pepitas.
