Ingredients
Pie
- 1 lamb shepherd’s pie
Cauliflower
- ¼ cauliflower
- ½ Tbsp butter
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 pack cauliflower spice mix
- 1 pack sliced almonds

Cook pie Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from pie. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200°C for about 25 minutes, until heated through.

Cook cauliflower Cut cauliflower into small florets. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large fry-pan on medium-high heat. Cook cauliflower for 3 minutes. Add butter, garlic, cauliflower spice mix and nuts to pan and cook a further 1-2 minutes, until tender and golden.

Serve pie with spiced cauliflower.
