Ingredients
Moussaka
- 1 lamb moussaka
Salad
- ½ lettuce
- ½ telegraph cucumber
- ½ red onion
- 1 sachet Greek dressing

Cook moussaka Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from lamb moussaka and cover with foil. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200ºC for about 25 minutes, until heated through.

Prep salad Roughly chop lettuce; dice cucumber; thinly slice red onion. Toss together in large bowl with dressing. Season to taste.

Serve moussaka with salad on the side.
