Ingredients
Pie
- 1 chicken and leek pie
Salad
- 1 broccoli
- 1 apple
- 2 spring onions
- 1 baby cos
- 1 pack balsamic dressing

Cook pie Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic cover from chicken pie. Place on an oven tray and cook for about 30 minutes, or until heated through. Alternatively, spoon meal into a baking or casserole dish and cook at 200°C for about 25 minutes, until heated through.

Prep salad Bring a medium pot of salted water to the boil. Cut broccoli into small florets and cook for 3-4 minutes, until bright green and tender. Drain, refresh under cold water, drain again and add to large bowl. Thinly slice apple and spring onions and roughly chop lettuce. Toss together with the broccoli and salad dressing. Season.

Serve chicken pie with salad on the side.
