- 1 pack pre-cooked brown rice (250g)
- 3 cup leafy greens e.g. baby spinach, lettuce, mesclun
- 1.5 cup slaw or non-starchy vegetable of choice
- 3 95g cans tuna or salmon

Instructions
- Cook rice according to packet instructions.
